1. Toronto Tenancy (details tbd)
If citizens have residency rights, why are there bad landlords, lazy superintendents and subpar living spaces? Know your rights, know how to fight for them. By coming up with commonground between rights & responsibilities to develop respectful relationships, I have high hopes of helping homes stay happy, regardless of who owns them.

2. Green Toronto (details tbd)
From incorporating composting more widely to developing sustainable packaging, by examining alternative energy sources and creating more eco-friendly habits, changing our environmental impact, especially within our beloved, polluted city, is important for our overall common health. Nothing like a bit of trees and buds to help Toronto go green!

3. Pop-up Shop (details tbd)
Toronto has a market for artistic products (film, music, design etc): imagine a store selling everything Torontonian, periodically moving from locations around the city, & run by a monthly contribution fee. Developing a sustainable business plan for my entrepreneurial bud will help weed out the mediocre to offer the best of our city's art.

4. Student Involvement (details tbd)
At York U, there have been many creative green & artistic ideas that could be implemented: making a garden, building an atrium, running a farmer's market, developing community art work, starting clubs, designing a "sleep room", etc. Through easily accessible collaboration, students can create an environment that may help make high goals reachable.

5. Homeless Solutions (details tbd)
Jack Layton wrote a book on this: by reading and researching, I hope to come up with tangible solutions to help those individuals as well as our society. Homelessness has many causes, many effects, & there must be some potential steps towards positive change. Sustainability of society in every form is the only way to peace.
